You don't have to go upstairs, because in 2006 the house was expanded with a bedroom at the rear on the ground floor with an adjoining bathroom. This renovation was realized in 2006 (with an environmental permit). The extension is fully insulated and electric underfloor heating has been installed (as additional heating) in the bathroom and bedroom. Plastic frames with ventilation grilles, HR++ glass and electrically operated shutters have been installed on the outside. The bathroom is nice and spacious and equipped with a bath, a large square shower room with swinging doors and easy drain, a toilet fully equipped (automatic cleaning, odor extraction and soft close), sink, mirror cabinet and radiator.
Conservatory and canopy
