This detached house, built in 1997, is located at Het Zwiggelterveld 89 in Zwiggelte, at recreation park 'Het Hart van Drenthe'. Due to its beautiful location, this house is very popular for rental to young families, which is the main target group of this beautiful park! This property is currently not rented out, but this is certainly possible.
At recreation park 'Het hart van Drenthe' you can have plenty of fun in the indoor swimming pool or enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with a snack in "the Garden Room". There are several playgrounds in the park and an air trampoline for the children. The house is located at Boswachterij Hart van Drenthe, a 5000-hectare nature reserve with a variety of nature and a real experience path to walk with the children.
THE HOUSE
The house is located on the edge of the park, close to the forest so you experience a lot of peace and privacy and has parking next to the house.
Upon entering through the front door on the side of the house you enter a spacious hall with the door to the toilet, bathroom and a spacious bedroom on the right. On the left you will find the stairs to the upper floor and the attractive stained glass door to the living room with patio doors and a semi-open kitchen.
The garden-oriented living room with patio doors to the terrace has an extra skylight so that there is a nice sunny light. An extra skylight has also been installed in the kitchen. The entire ground floor has an attractive ceramic floor in wood look.
The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a gas hob with extractor hood, fridge with freezer, combi oven and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink with plenty of cupboard space. Right next to the bathroom you will find the separate toilet.
The storage room with washing machine connection and the central heating are located at the rear of the house and are accessible from the outside.
Via the staircase in the hall you reach the first floor where there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a closet on the landing. All bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds, so you can sleep in during your stay. The upper floor has a neat laminate floor. One of the bedrooms provides access to the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the view.
On the outside of the house you will find a spacious garden around the house with several terraces and the wooden garden shed offers extra storage space and is equipped with electricity and lighting. The garden is completely enclosed by a green hedge and therefore offers a lot of privacy. The house has wooden frames and double glazing.
The house is sold including the complete inventory. This includes the furniture, kitchen utensils, washing machine and lighting.
There are excellent rental options through the organization at the park. Currently this house is not for rent. Renting out is therefore not mandatory.
